A Special Meal

Every morning,
the lady wakes up,
gets out of bed,
and reads the newspaper,
while sipping a mug of coffee.

Every day,
it's the same routine:
while reading the newspaper,
she checks the obituaries.

She checks them every day to see if her name is there, so that she knows to fix a special meal that evening if it is.
